Privacy Policy

By using any of the Sites, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service, including the requirement that you are 18 or older. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

Greek Fire LLC ("Greek Fire", "we", "us") operates four websites (the "Sites"):

• Youseful Software — youseful.software
• Greek Fire — greekfi.re
• Manage Your Life — manageyour.life
• Long Island Games — ligames.fun

This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Sites, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to all four Sites. Section 3 describes what each Site collects.

Who is responsible for your information. Greek Fire LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 8 The Green, STE A, Dover, DE 19901, United States, is the controller of personal information collected through the Sites. Contact us at privacy@greekfi.re.

1. Summary

• The Sites are for adults 18 and older. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
• We collect only what each Site needs to work: what you type into a form or chat, an email address if you create a Long Island Games account, and ordinary technical data such as IP addresses.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. None of the Sites shows advertising.
• Long Island Games uses a third-party analytics service. The other three Sites use no analytics or advertising trackers.
• You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at privacy@greekfi.re.

2. Adults only; children's privacy

The Sites are intended only for people who are 18 or older, and our Terms of Service require it. The Sites are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, including children under 13 (as defined by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA) and children under 16 (under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation).

If you are under 18, do not use the Sites, create an account, or send us information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it and close any related account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us information, contact privacy@greekfi.re and we will delete it.

3. Information we collect, by Site

All Sites

• Server logs. Like all websites, our hosting provider records requests to the Sites: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, and browser and device information. These logs are used to deliver the Sites, keep them secure and diagnose problems, and are kept for a limited period set by the host.
• Email you send us. Mail to any address at our domains is handled by our email service providers. We receive whatever you include in your message, along with your email address.

Youseful Software (youseful.software)

• Product inquiry form. The form prepares your inquiry text in your browser. It is not sent to our server or saved; you decide whether to copy it, download it, or send it by email. If you email it, we receive what you send.
• Yousie, the AI site guide. When you ask Yousie a question, your question and the earlier messages of that conversation are sent to our server and to the third-party AI service provider that generates the answer. We do not store the text of your conversations. For each answer we log the time, the provider and model used, token counts, and a pseudonymous visitor code derived from your IP address that changes daily; these support rate limits, cost control and abuse prevention. Your conversation is kept in your browser tab (session storage) until you close the tab or start over. The AI provider processes your messages to produce the answer and, under its API terms, may keep them for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring. Do not include personal or confidential information in chat.
• Blog. Reading the blog sets no cookies. The article editor, used only by the site owner, uses an essential session cookie to keep the owner signed in.
• No analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Fonts are served from our own server.

Greek Fire (greekfi.re)

• Contact form. Your name, email address and message are stored in our database so we can reply, and are deleted automatically after two years. A hidden field helps block spam.
• No cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server.

Manage Your Life (manageyour.life)

• Planner Studio. The choices you make when designing a planner (page types, layouts, dates and styles) are sent to our server to check, preview and export your design. They are processed when you use the tool and are not stored on our server. Your current draft is saved in your own browser (local storage) so you can come back to it, and designs you save are downloaded as a file to your device. You do not need an account.
• Books. Our printed planners and log books are sold and shipped by Amazon. When you follow a link to Amazon, Amazon's privacy notice applies. The links carry no affiliate or tracking code from us.
• Web fonts. The home page loads fonts from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address and browser information when the fonts load.
• Contact. Email to hello@manageyour.life is handled as described under "All Sites".
• No analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

Long Island Games (ligames.fun)

• Account (optional). You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address; there is no password. We store your email address, when you last signed in and were last active, and the IP address of your last visit. We also store your game progress and the puzzle books or code unlocks linked to your account. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes; records of sign-in and code-redemption attempts, including IP addresses, are deleted after 7 days.
• Multiplayer tables. In Blackjack and Poker you choose a display name that the other players at your table can see. The name, seat and table code are stored while the game runs. Table details are also kept in your browser's local storage.
• Contact form. Your name, email address, message and IP address are sent to us by email so we can reply.
• Short links. When you follow a ligames.fun short link, we record the link, the time and your IP address to count use and prevent abuse.
• Analytics. Most pages use a third-party analytics service to measure how the Site is used: pages viewed, time on page, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. The service sets analytics cookies and processes this information for us under its terms. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
• Web fonts. Some game pages load fonts from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address and browser information when the fonts load.
• Cookies and browser storage. A sign-in session cookie that lasts up to 30 days, and browser storage that keeps your Solitaire statistics, your multiplayer table, and that you accepted the entertainment-only notice.
• No advertising, real-money play, prizes or payments.

4. How we use information, and our legal bases

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not sell it or use it to build advertising profiles.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as follows:

• Service providers that process it for us under contract: website and database hosting, email, analytics, web fonts, and the AI service that powers Yousie.
• Other players, who see the display name you choose at a Long Island Games table.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Greek Fire, our users or others.
• Business transfers, if Greek Fire is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information and do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in U.S. state privacy laws.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your information is transferred to the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or a provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions.

7. How long we keep information

• Greek Fire contact messages: two years, then deleted automatically.
• Long Island Games accounts, progress and unlocks: until you ask us to delete your account. Sign-in and code-redemption records: 7 days.
• Yousie usage logs (no message text): up to 24 months. Your chat stays in your browser tab.
• Email you send us: as long as needed to handle your request and keep reasonable business records.
• Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
• Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.

8. Security

We protect information with measures appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, secure cookies and minimizing what we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Everyone. You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@greekfi.re. You can delete your Long Island Games account the same way. You can clear browser storage and block cookies in your browser settings; parts of a Site may not work without them.

EU, UK and Swiss residents. Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

U.S. state residents. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access and receive a copy of it; to correct it; to delete it; and to opt out of its sale, of sharing for targeted advertising, and of profiling. We do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising or profiling, so there is nothing to opt out of, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

How to make a request. Email privacy@greekfi.re and tell us which Site and what you are asking for. We may need to verify your identity, for example by confirming the email address linked to your account. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission. We respond within 30 days (45 days where U.S. state law allows, extendable as the law permits). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if we deny the appeal, residents of states that provide it may contact their state attorney general.

California disclosures. In the past 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, IP address and display name); internet or other electronic network activity (such as pages viewed, device and browser information, and interactions with the Sites); and approximate geolocation derived from IP addresses. We collected them from you, your device and our analytics provider, for the purposes in Section 4, and disclosed them for business purposes to the service providers in Section 5. We have not sold or shared personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information or knowingly collect information from consumers under 16.

10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browsers' "Do Not Track" signals have no agreed standard, so the Sites do not respond to them. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, which we do not do in any case.

11. Links to other websites

The Sites link to other websites, including Amazon and each other. This policy does not apply to other companies' websites; read their privacy notices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Each version is numbered and listed in the version history below. We will post the new version on the Sites with a new version number and effective date and, for significant changes, give notice on the Sites or by email where we have your address.
