Refund Policy

This policy covers the PDF editions of our puzzle books sold on www.ligames.fun, which is operated by Greek Fire LLC. Orders are processed by our online reseller, FastSpring, which is the merchant of record for these purchases and issues all refunds. Our Terms of Service also apply.
What you are buying
Each PDF edition is a digital download, delivered right after payment. Every copy is personalised with the buyer's name and order number and is licensed for the buyer's personal use.
When we refund
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price if:
- you could not download the PDF, or the file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot fix it for you;
- you received the wrong book;
- you bought the same PDF twice by mistake; or
- you were charged but never received a download link.
Because a downloaded PDF cannot be returned, other refund requests after the file has been downloaded are at our discretion. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Paperback books
Printed books are sold by Amazon. Returns and refunds for paperbacks follow Amazon's return policy and are handled through your Amazon account.
How to request a refund
Email contact@ligames.fun or use our contact page. Include your order number (it starts with GREEKFIRELLC and is printed at the bottom of every page of your PDF and in your receipt email) and a short description of the problem. You can also contact FastSpring directly through the link in your order receipt.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show the credit within 5–10 business days.
