Terms of Service

By accessing or using any of the Sites, in any way, you agree to all of these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, including the requirement that you are 18 or older. If you do not agree to every part, do not use the Sites.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Greek Fire LLC ("Greek Fire", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company. They govern your use of our four websites and everything offered on them (the "Sites"):

• Youseful Software — youseful.software: FileMaker plug-ins, Delphi components, learning centers, blog and the Yousie AI guide
• Greek Fire — greekfi.re: our company site and contact form
• Manage Your Life — manageyour.life: Planner Studio and our printed planners and log books
• Long Island Games — ligames.fun: puzzles, word games, card games and accounts

These Terms apply to every visit and every use of the Sites, whether or not you create an account.

1. You must be 18 or older

The Sites are only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use any of the Sites. By using a Site, creating an account or sending us information, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The Sites are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 (see our Privacy Policy). If we learn or reasonably believe that a user is under 18, we may suspend or close the account and delete the related information without notice.

If you use a Site for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.

2. Accounts

Long Island Games lets you create an account by signing in with a link sent to your email address. You must give an email address that you control, keep access to it secure, and not share sign-in links. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at privacy@greekfi.re if you believe your account has been used without permission. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Sites, you agree not to:

• break any law or anyone else's rights;
• choose a display name, or send content, that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, impersonating, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, other accounts or our systems, or probe, scan or test their vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• interfere with or overload the Sites, including by using bots, scrapers or automated requests beyond ordinary browsing, or by getting around rate limits;
• try to make Yousie or any other feature reveal its instructions, produce harmful content, or act outside its purpose;
• copy, resell or redistribute the Sites' content, puzzles, code samples or tools except as these Terms or a separate license allow;
• use the Sites to send spam or malicious code.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Games are for entertainment only

The games on Long Island Games, including Blackjack, Poker and Solitaire, are for entertainment only. No real money is wagered or won. Chips, scores and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money or anything of value, and no prizes are offered. The games are not gambling and do not indicate how you would do at real gambling. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (U.S.) for free, confidential help.

Codes printed in our puzzle books unlock related content for the book's owner. They are personal and may not be sold or shared publicly.

5. Yousie, the AI guide

Yousie on Youseful Software is an automated assistant powered by a third-party AI model. Its answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice and do not change product documentation, license terms or prices. Check important information on the linked page or with us before relying on it. Do not share passwords, license keys, payment details or other sensitive information in chat. We may limit or turn off Yousie at any time.

6. Planner Studio and printed products

Planner Studio on Manage Your Life creates printable planner and log designs for your personal or internal business use. Mileage and other log books are blank forms: you are responsible for what you record in them and for meeting any tax or recordkeeping requirements that apply to you. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. Our printed books are sold and shipped by Amazon under Amazon's terms and policies; questions about orders, delivery and returns go to Amazon.

7. Software products and licenses

Youseful Software FileMaker plug-ins, Delphi components, code samples and downloads are provided under the license agreement that accompanies each product or download. If a license agreement conflicts with these Terms about that product, the license agreement controls. Product descriptions, compatibility notes and learning-center content are provided for information and may change. No purchases are made on the Sites; any purchase or license is under the separate terms we agree with you at that time.

8. Your content

"Your content" means anything you send through the Sites, such as contact messages, chat questions, display names, feedback and game data. You keep ownership of your content. You give Greek Fire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to operate the Sites, respond to you and provide the features you use. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you. You confirm that you have the right to send us your content.

9. Our intellectual property

The Sites and their content, including text, puzzles, games, designs, graphics, software, code samples and the Youseful Software, Greek Fire, Manage Your Life and Long Island Games names and logos, belong to Greek Fire or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Sites for their intended purpose. Game engines or assets licensed from third parties remain subject to their licenses. FileMaker is a trademark of Claris International Inc.; Delphi is a trademark of Embarcadero Technologies, Inc.; Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Other names and marks belong to their owners, and their mention does not imply endorsement.

If you believe content on a Site infringes your copyright, email privacy@greekfi.re with a description of the work, where it appears on the Site, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.

10. Links and third-party services

The Sites link to and rely on services we do not control, such as Amazon, analytics and AI model providers. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITES AND EVERYTHING ON THEM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEK FIRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GAME PROGRESS, DRAFTS OR OTHER DATA WILL BE PRESERVED. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEK FIRE AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Greek Fire against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Sites, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Sites at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or change or discontinue any Site or feature, at any time, including if we believe you have broken these Terms or are under 18. Sections 4 and 8 through 16 continue after termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at privacy@greekfi.re and try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Greek Fire consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, including the right to bring claims in your local courts, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

16. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product license, are the entire agreement between you and Greek Fire about the Sites. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new version number and effective date, listed in the version history below; for significant changes we will give notice on the Sites. Continuing to use the Sites after an update means you accept it.
